If you are looking for contact information for SplutterFish, LLC, you've come to the right place.  However, we get a lot of mail, and many of the questions are repeated many times. Before you send us a question, here are a few links for you to check out:
  • The Brazil r/s FAQ has answers to a lot of questions.
  • There is an active SplutterFish Webboard with a lot of great and helpful people - the community up there usually turns around questions a lot faster than we can.

Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions we get :-)

  • Will Brazil eventually run in Maya, LightWave, XSI, Rhino, [put your app here], etc.....?
    • Short Answer:  We hope Brazil will eventually run on many different platforms and within many different applications.
      Detailed Answer:  in the FAQ.
  • How do I install Brazil?
    • Short Answer:  The Brazil plugins just have to be installed into your max plugin path.
      Detailed Answer: check the install.txt or the FAQ.
  • I installed Brazil, where is it?
    • Short Answer:  You assign Brazil r/s as your current renderer (see your 3ds max documentation) and then it can be found in the render dialog.
